Pricing

• Standard Rate is $80.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments when scheduled in advance with a 30 minute minimum.
• Brief telephone or e-mail support is provided at no charge for established customers during normal business hours. If this support exceeds 15 minutes standard rates will apply.
• PC repair labor is billed at $125.00 when performed in our facility, otherwise it is billed at the normal rate.
• Emergency Service is available for $120.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Travel time to your site is included in the billing time.
• After hours emergency services are billed at $175.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Travel time to and from your site is included in the billing time.
