Pricing

We offer pricing plans to meet your budget. We never charge for an initial consultation.

• Standard Rate is $100.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments when scheduled in advance with a 30 minute minimum.
• Emergency Service is available for $200.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Travel time to your site is included in the billing time.
• After hours emergency services are billed at $225.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Travel time to and from your site is included in the billing time.
• Managed services plans begin at $25 per month per PC, $100 per month per server, and $300 per month for server backup and disaster recovery support. All managed services plans offer discounts on our standard hourly rates. $80 per hour, $150 per hour for emergency service, and $175 per hour for after hours service. There is no minimum billing.
• Brief telephone or e-mail support is provided at no charge for established customers during normal business hours. If this support exceeds 15 minutes standard rates will apply.
